What filter can fix this?

I'm newbie =P and I like to know what filter can remove this noise(with I'm not wrong).

Noise ?? Even this frame appears to be a little blurred, it is perfectly clean to me !!

I'm guessing that he's referring to the colour banding on the table. That's the only thing that seems wrong with that frame.

For color banding I usually hear the GradFun2DBmod script being thrown around as a solution. Unfortunately as I never had reason to use it, I have no experience with it, but you can check out http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/GradFun2DBmod
