For those joining camcorder mts files.

I have had problems from the start trying to join these into to one big file. Tried many programmes most work with the following problems, audio runs out of sync or slight pause between clips.
Now one guide I found said, nero 9 works. Which it does very well on a media player but then played on my blu ray player as the pauses between the clips. Panasonic say that this normal in one of there blu ray players hand books.
However the new VideoReDo 4 with H264 edit works great, no pauses no out of sync audio, I have now authored one BD-25 with the great MultiAVCHD.

Each camcorder generally specifies which software may be used to process the clips. Some manufacturers even pack one DVD/CD with this software therewith. Some even publish guides (Sony, Canon, Panasonic). And some have an external DVD-drive as an option to create AVCHD disks.
Which camcorder do you have?

Panasonic sd9 . just thought this might help people? when I was searching the net it seemed many people had the same problems
