Ever since upgrading MeGUI The PSP profile no longer seems to work. By this I mean the video and audio all seems to get encoded ok (plays fine on computer). But when I transfer it to PSP it says it can not play the file as it is not supported.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MeGUI and re encoding as well and still no luck.

Has anyone else encountered any problems encoding for their PSP?

All I can think of is either Megui is broken in some way or the PSP no longer allows you to play your own mp4.

It all used to work several versions ago. but now I've updated it will not work. I do not encode to PSP often but it is nice when on the road.

Can anyone shed any light on this issue? I would appreciate any help. Thank You.

Do you have video files that work on your PSP? Use the program mediainfo (http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net), define the settings for the x264 codec and put the same in MeGUI.

Which MeGUI build are you using? The stable one (0.3.5) has PSP profile problems. If you use the recent development build (0.3.5.15) the file should play on your PSP.
