How to extract the sound from .mov files

Hiya,
How can I please extract the sound from .mov files?
And how to convert the audio track`s into ogg vorbis or mp3 format?
I am also including the properties from one these .mov files via MPC

Try with Yamb (http://yamb.unite-video.com/) to extract the tracks.
To convert AAC to ogg vorbis or mp3 you can use BeHappy.

I have to admit that I decided to use BeHappy since
it was a bit through the roof for my experience level.
I therefore decided to use MeGui instead.
