mkv 4.3GB file size goes over when ts muxing

Hi Friends

When i use a 4.3GB mkv file i mean an upscale one use ts muxer so that i can play in my Blueray player using ts muxer first i choose m2ts muxing done but file size goes over 4.3GB so i cannote fit in to a dvd5 ,then tried AVCHD again file size goes over 4.3GB so cannote fit in to a dvd5 ,Is any way to get round to this problem..........Please help

TS and M2TS have a larger overhead than MKV. So, you'll have to re-encode the video and/or audio to make it fit.

And multiavchd uses tsmuxer, so the results should be extremely close if not identical, I mean for the main movie (tsmuxer cannot do menus).
