I dunno if it's actually common and I'm the last of the stupids, but I've found a flv produced by Youtube that has a quite weird AAC track, it apparently uses Parametric Stereo but it doesn't use Spectral Band Reduction; do you know if there are known softwares capable of producing similar tracks? I never saw similar files before.
