How to render 6 mono wavs with Vegas 9.

I am doing some editing of 6 mono wav files in Vegas(a 5.1 project) and when I finish the editing that I want to do, I can't get Vegas to render back out 6 mono wav files correctly to feed into an encoder, when the files are finished they are not right(I match them back up to the original edited in my project), I have tried 3 times now, The center looks fine, but the front left and right look like duplicates of the center, nothing like my originals, and the surround left and right look all pumped up, like normalized to much, but the LFE looks to be correct, so what am I doing wrong, or will Vegas not be able to render simple mono wavs?

The wav files are, Windows PCM 48000 Hz, 16-bit, mono.
