Any transcoding options for blu ray w/ menus? [besides multiavchd]

are there any other programs that do a good a job as this does?

i want to keep the original blu ray menus but blank out any play lists that i dont want to reduce the compression rate? [just like multiavchd does]

i dont mind f the programs are separate or even if i have to pay a small fee?

its a shame bd rebuilder cannot do this
