Okay, I have an F4V (mp4) file I recorded in Wirecast. What is the easiest way to open this file for editing in VDM?

The less pre-processing required to do this, the better... if I could just have an avisynth script that lets me do it, that would be awesome.

I searched for "F4V" on this forum, but got no results.
