Automatic Levels and Shadow Highlights Plug In

Hello.
Is there a Plug In with the same capabilities of Auto Levels of Photoshop yet take into account this is a video (Doesn't do it in a Frame by Frame only basis but take into account previous and forward frames)?

Moreover, Does any plugin automatically adjust the Shadows and Highlights (Contrast Compression etc...)?

I tried it, I couldn't make its effect delicate enough.

u can use merge to blend his effect (also hdragc has many option to do it better)
ie merge(hdragc(),0.5)# blended at 50%

I read. Used 0.1 and still it was too much.
Maybe more advanced DRC algorithm?
