hopefully simple. how to stop MPC-HC leaving fullscreen due to 'focus lost to ...'

my AV software pops up saying i need to do a scan and media player classic goes to window mode.

more annoying is when it does it due to synergy (software kvm switch minus the V) and the mouse moving across to another monitor (controlling another PC)

is there a way to prevent it?

just tried it but the option for that in mpc-hc is greyed out.

it also says though that it doesn't support dxva and i'd kinda like to keep that

moving my mouse across to the other monitor doesn't create popups. it does cause mpc-hc to go to window mode though

You ran the "install.bat" and the message box said that the filter was registered successfully? :confused:

Then it's really strange if "MadVR" is still greyed out in MPC-HC. Can you insert MadVR in GraphStudio (http://blog.monogram.sk/janos/tools/monogram-graphstudio/), does it appear in the list of DirectShow filters?

(BTW: You don't use a 64-Bit binary of MPC-HC, do you ???)

So do you use 32-Bit or 64-Bit MPC-HC? If you use a 64-Bit build, you must switch to a 32-Bit build in order to use MadVR ;)

(As far as I know, there are no 64-Bit builds of MadVR available yet)

it's an old install of the 32 bit one. hmm, i wonder if it's if i don't reinstall it each time? i mean i just install certain programs to a 2ndry drive as it doesn't need installing. it just works.

will try installing a newer version and see what happens.
