VobBlanker error

I have a folder of DVD files. The folder has 6 episodes of a TV show that are all in VTS_01.VOB When I open the folder with media player classic and select the .IFO to play the files each 30 minute episode has no chapter points, if you press the next button on the remote you skip to the next episode.

I ran this folder through VobBlanker and went through each of the 6 PGC's and went to cells > split then set chapters every 5 minutes. When I process the folder VOBblanker gets to 100% and just before it finishes fixing the points the 6 pgc seems to crash the program and I get the message to send the information to Microsoft.

Is there a way around this, I want to keep each episode separate and be able to use the next button to advance to the next PGC and also to have chaptes every 5 minutes.

Much depends on title structure which is defined by ifo's, not VOBs. If those episodes are different PGC's in common title, you'll need to either re-register each episode PGC as a separate title (in the same VTS) or join everything into single PGC/single title. More than one PGC in a title will not allow for navigation within a PGC. Give us a picture of VTS structure from PGCEdit (or DVDRemake).
