Hi there everyone.
This is a bit of a dilemma I have, and nothing I've tried (short of changing software) has worked. I am using Windows Media Player 12 on Windows 7, to stream video files to the PS3 on a wireless network.
Currently, avi files, and a few mkv files will stream without a hitch. Video and audio are being displayed on the tv. Now, other mkv files, the audio is not being streamed.
Of the files that do work, the source audio is MP3 or AC-3. The files that are not, are DTS audio.
Is there anyway to get WMP to transcode the audio as well, as I know the video is being transcoded.
Thanks in advance for all the help this noob receives.:thanks:
