Anti-Aliasing video help (Video Sample inc.)

I've tried EEDI2 and Sangom,
I can't get rid of these little guys.

it's not really apparent, but you can definitely see it on the Windshield Wipers and the lines on the machine.

Would really appreciate the help.

a source's sample might help, seems that u don't ivtc and crop...
imho a

crop(4,66,-4,-72)
telecide.decimate
bicubicresize(592,320,0,0.50)#0.03% aspect-ratio distortion
removegrain(1)
should work...
