Dolby Pro Logic 2 into Aften

I have made a 2ch .aif which is pro logic 2, now how do I use aften to encode this 2ch .aif which is pro logic 2 into an .ac3 pro logic 2.

You should set Dolby Surround Mode to ProLogicII in your AC3 encoder

The -dsur option sets Dolby Surround mode for stereo streams.

[-dsur #] Dolby Surround mode
When operating in the two channel mode, this code
indicates whether or not the program has been encoded in
Dolby Surround. This information is not used by the
AC-3 decoder, but may be used by other portions of the
audio reproduction equipment.
0 = not indicated (default)
1 = not Dolby surround encoded
2 = Dolby surround encoded
