MPEG LA will not charge for free H.264 on the internet

Looks like Mozilla probably STILL won't include h264, partly due to the $5m fee they would have to pay each year: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/08/26/mozilla_on_h264/

Everything else stays the same i.e free video broadcasting like youtube, dailymotion etc will still not have to pay license fee's but websites that sell video streaming like hulu premium or whatever its called will still be required to pay.

Yeah why don't they just quit making their own browsers and give have of their stock to the Mozilla foundation.

Mozilla and Opera would not even have to paid if they access the decoder that is living in the OS. Both Mac and Windows Vista / 7 have h.264 decoder comes with it.
