Source is anime question

Does this have to be ticked for Japanese animation, or all animation?

I am going to back up - The Ricky Gervais Show, which is animated and am not too sure if i should or shouldn't have that ticked as although its animated its a different style to anime

i am using MeGUI, making an avs, under the filters tab, using the deinterlacing section to determine how the video is made up, there is an option at the bottom that says - source is anime (not automatically detected by analysis)
