How come the resulting blu-ray disk can be unplayable on Panasonic BD-35 (though it plays in Total Media Theatre on my PC)? Most backup projects run just fine, with no problems. What can be the reasons for such unplayability and how to avoid?

P.S. This disk is a full backup, with menu etc. But other full backups play OK. Maybe there are just different "fulls"?

If someone would have used "search" before, maybe this question wouldn't be asked :)

"Someone" used search, but the talk is about "BD5\BD9 output" there. I'm burning BD disks. Thus the qustion.

What did you use to rip the original Blu-ray with?
What was your method/software for making the backup?
What software did you use to burn the BD-R/RE?
There can be many reasons why a backup will not play on a standalone but will playback on a PC.

1. I didn't rip. It's a torrent download.

You have been a member for quite some time, would have thought you would know this type of content is not allowed!
Sorry, can't help.

You should also know that in cases where you use something other than the original disc -- if there is a problem, it is almost always caused before BD-RB is run. No more discussion on this problem, that subject is now closed.
