Capturing Video From Video Recorder Using ATI USB 600 TV Wonder

Hello.
I've just bought ATI TV Wonder 600 USB.
Installed the latest drivers for Vista (Though I have Windows 7).

I have Sony Video8 HandCam CCD-TR350E.

I want to capture some old Family Videos.
I am using VitualDub for that.

Could anyone assist me with the correct settings?
For now, I seem to get poor quality of video and audio.
