Having a problem with matroska

One file I demuxed to .h264 and changed the audio track. Now on remux with mkvmerge it will not play when opened unless I seek to somewhere. It just stays at 0 seconds. This is on mpc-hc with haali. I just updated haali, no good. If I use mpc's internal splitter, it works. I have made other files in less than the past week. Anyone know what would cause this?

Depending on what version of MKVMerge you're using, perhaps it's related to header compression:

Ah yes, thank you. That does apply to my version. So this would just be a fix eventually needed for Haali. I don't like the seeking time of the internal MPC-HC splitter. It takes 5-10 seconds for audio and video to be normal again.
