Hi folks,

This is probably a bit of a noob question, but can you recomend a decent piece of software to convert DVDs to WMV?

I'm currently using Pinacle but the quality of the output file tends to vary (from very poor to slightly better than ok).

Unfortunatley the file has to be WMV as it's being used with Windows Media Services to distribute educational films round a school.

Any advice would most appreciated!!

Thanks,

Scottie

Personally, I use: DVD Decrypter -> DGIndex -> Avisynth -> Expression Encoder 3 free version for video, and DVD Decrypter -> DGIndex -> eac3to -> .WAV -> Expression Encoder 3 free version (simultaneously) for audio.
