Tell us what the DVD is (title and region) and what software you are using when you get the error.

Region means NTSC..There Is No error.i generally drag the files on to HDD.It copied 1,2,3 parts perfectly with10Mbps speed in to my HDD.but when it comes to 4th part the speed is decreasing gradually and it goes to 0Kbps and it is stopping transferring the data.

Dragging files might not be a good idea, maybe this could work with AnyDVD or DVDfab Passkey, I'm not sure. You can find some info here:

Region means NTSC.

That is a TV standard.

For instance, USA is NTSC and Region 1, but Japan is NTSC and Region 2.

I don't know why I'm still helping you :confused: I let the clairvoyants here to see your problem and to solve it.

@dictator

Again, give the title and region of the DVD. The title is the name of the movie or content. It's printed on the DVD and case. For example: "Avatar".

Are you using AnyDVD or some other on-the-fly decrypter?
