It works with DVD2AVI as well and does indeed fail with dgindex (1.5.8), can't index it, it just hangs and proceeds to crash.
Considering I still use dvd2avi for basically all mpeg2 stuff (dvd/ts) I suppose I never would've noticed it. Benefit to being old fashion? :) (unfortunately I don't own a nvidia card to give the nv stuff a try right now)
