QVG3 codec?

I'm trying to open an AVI file but apparently I couldn't find any player that support it. MediaInfo shows QVG3 as the format. Anyone know a suitable codec for this format?

Where did the AVI come from? Is it maybe some ultra proprietary format from a game studio or something?

yes, vlc (maybe without proper codec) is not able to play.

yeh, It's from a tv studio but no idea where is the studio. Is there any way to simulate codec or use similar codec?
