Can I use the "high-speed option (BD 25)" option on a BD-50 including menus, extras, etc and compress it down to a BD-25?
What I mean is, will the quality suffer much? I know doing a "movie only" using the high-speed option (BD 25) gives superb results, but what about a BD-50 with all the bells and whistles?
Many thanks.

Many thanks. You'll probably not be able to see the difference... the truth is that AVC is very, very efficient, and X264 is the best AVC encoder. Add to that the fact that BD-25 gives huge bitrates and you end up with what in most cases is great quality.
But... please also note that there are a few discs out there that have huge amounts of content (over 5 hours). On those you will likely not want to use "High Speed (BD-25)".
