BD structure player

Hello every body,
I'm looking for a Blu ray disc player soft on PC (win or linux). I would like to test blu ray structure before burning

With menus and everything? Only the commercial players (TMT3, PowerDVD, WinDVD) are fully capable of playing these.
Most "free" players can only play the video tracks going by the playlist, if even.

Are this players compliant ? I'd prefer an open source project, for the quality ... and the price

AFAIK there's no compliant software player. Always use a hardware one (or better more than one) for testing purposes, even for DVDs and even considering that the standalones are regularly updated. There are however software-based compliance checkers.
