DVD player stop playing after 3 seconds

Hello, i wrote script and tried to convert mkv into Xvid avi. But after I put it into my stand alone dvd player with Xvid support... all episodes stop playing after about 3 seconds...

Any1 had similiar problems?? what may be cause??

My Avisynth script is:

I completly have no idea why it wont work... tried HomeTheaer and non HT profiles in XviD megui profiles.. but it won't work...
And with LAME MP3: MP3 DAP -Good audiop profile... on my PC it works just fine. Is there any secred to encoding movies to stand alone divx players??
