Hi, I need to convert a huge amount of videos made with multiple codecs and containers. What's a good and complete batch video converter software available?. No matter if it's free or commercial.
Features I need:
- Create and manipulate presets.
- Fast and flexible workflow. Import multiple files or a whole folder, assign a preset, and send all to the render queue. Also must be able to mix presets and custom settings at the render queue and treat them correctly.
- Aspect settings. Resizing, cropping, letterboxing, ratios, ...
- Input: All possible formats, natively or through dshow. This includes the crappy FLV, and the wonderful AVS.
- Output: All possible formats, but preferently these:
mkv, avi, mpg, mp4
xvid / divx, h264
mp3, mp2, pcm, aac, ac3
That's all. I think this software is too good to exist, but If anyone knows anything about it, please tell me!.
PD
Mainconcept Reference has some interesting things, but in general is somewhat disappointing, especially the batch processing and workflow.
