Mux/Play Raw WMAPro?

Hi,
I have some raw WMA Pro files, sample (http://stuff.adammw.homeip.net/videos/fixplay/audiofrag0.WMAP), and I'm trying to mux them together with video with mkvmerge. Mkvmerge doesn't support it as-is so I guess it needs extra-processing. I can't find any software to play or convert this file, nor do I know what headers to manually add in to make it into a wma/asf or mkv or even mp4.

What do you suggest?

As you can see, the semi-troll :) claimed BSplayer supports raw WMA streams, and "his" build of AsfBin.exe does too.
