Frustrated! Trying to convert AC3 to Ogg with GoldWave 5.5.7!!!!

Yea. It'll work like once in every 10+ tries. I keep getting this freakin' error message:

I have tried 4 different versions of libvorbis.dll and they all produce the same error. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate build 7600.

Use MeGUI, BeHappy, or eac3to | oggenc .
