I'm not sure how you're using it -- as a command line encoder, I suppose. But DVD-RB doesn't directly support that encoder... and it would be very difficult to debug without a lot more info.

Hello jdobbs, first I installed the version 3.02.16 of Rhozet Carbon coder and then one update (3.11.0.1706).
My version of AviSynth is 2.5 and use DVD rebuilder pro 1.28.2.
in order to install rhozet is this:
open dvd rebuilder folder and find Encoders\EclPro.
delete EclPro.ini
Click EclPro.exe, appear some windows
*EclPro v.10 ...... ---->OK
*Waning this program....--->OK
*Find in you computer the Carboncoder.exe
*Do you want manually configure Procoder option -->yes
*Enable "Mastering Quality"?--->yes
*Dynamically change encoding parameters?-->yes
*Force encoding --->no
*run procoder minimized--->yes
*setu completed--->ok

I'm sorry, but I'm just not familiar with CarbonCoder -- I take it that it's an update to ProCoder. Maybe someone more familiar can help...
Anyone?

You need to check the application transcode settings. There is a preference for 'add letterbox' or 'crop and scale'.
Aside from that, you are using a very outdated version of Carbon Coder which is now on version 3.15.
