Can't upload files to Avisynth wiki

Since an old filter package (Logotools) home page has gone dead, I was trying to upload the files to the Avisynth wiki to give them a home.

First it says it won't let me upload zip files at all.
So I try to upload the files individually. Then I get this nonsense:

Upload warning
".dll" is not a permitted file type. Permitted file types are gif, png, jpg, jpeg, avs, avsi, dll.

Okay, attached.

But as you see, it's not just that normal archives like zip and rar are banned -- why? -- but I can't upload even allowed types like dll.

I tried both Opera and Firefox, latest versions.
