Basic question about good order in filters

I wanna know if there is a order to follow when applying filter.
Ex. Deinterlaced, Denoising, Sharpen, Resize
Resize, Deinterlaced, Denoising,Sharpen
Also, do you have a idea what is this problem when a video is clean, but when people moving, there is a kind of interlacing next to there arm or air. Is this what we can call Motion interlace ? And what filter clean this.

Deinterlace or IVTC before anything else so you preserve the field pattern cleanly to feed to these filters. Often, combing is sufficiently clean that it shows up only on motion; you can handle this with a normal deinterlacing or IVTC filter, as appropriate.

Is there a easy way to know what kind of interlace a video suffer. When people moving fast there is kind of interlace around them. Is that interlace ?

Impossible to tell without examining the actual video and separating the fields. If you post a sample , people can help

Thks for the site Poison. I find ou itd pure interlaced video according to Neuron Site. So what you do the good job to clean a video. Deinterlaced, Denoise, Sharpen ? Or is there a other technique ip upscale picture for better shapen ? Does nnedi2 is good for deinterlaced ?

I usually follow this order:

Deinterlace/IVTC
Crop
Resize
Denoise / other touch-ups
Sharpen (optional)

I don't upscale anything. You can denoise before you resize but it usually looks about the same.

For deinterlacing I like TempGaussMC if I have time, otherwise I usually use Yadif.
