no audio on some TV channels

Hi!
I hope this is the right forum.
I've been recording TV on my PC for years and generally it's no problem. With some TV channels though I get sound problems, to be exact the raw recording is fine but as soon as I demuxx it sound gets lost after some 10 or 20 minutes into the recording.
The channels are, e.g. German Eins Extra or Italian Canale5.
I use a Technisat card and ProjectX to demux.
Does anyone have an idea what could be the reason for this? With others TV channels this hasn't happended once, with some it happens all the time.

I can only assume:
1. it's a commercial ad that kicks in.
2. the file is broken due to bad reception.

Hi!
No commercials at the time and none at all on eins Extra or Eins Festival.
Reception is fine and as I said, the file before demuxing is fine too with audio until the end, the problem only comes after demuxxing.

Nobody an idea?
Just tried to record a good docu-movie on arte and again, after about 15 min the sound was gone, but only after demuxxing, the original file is fine.

I currently "do" ARTE HD and never had any problems (well, the subtitles are sometimes problematic).
