Well I have been trying to encode Initial D 4th stage. But it seems the intro has bad aliasing. When I encode and fix the aliasing in my video it comes out short in time length but its all there. Intro is 1:34 in length, then when i encode the total time comes out at 1:16.
I will also include the intro vob in a link.

You decimate it to 23.976 and then AssumeFPS() back to 29.97. Of course it will be shorter in length!

The deficit is 4/5, exactly as would be expected from that process.
