first off would like to thank jdobbs for an excellent programme,ok ive used bd rebuilder intensley over the last couple of months and think its a must have tool.now in the past ive always done movie encodes with excellent results.now comes my first series disk and by default bd-rebuilder picks out the largest episode just wanted to know before i set it off for a 13 hour encode is this ok to let go or is there some other settings that i may be missing so the whole episodes get equal quality during encodeing.
hope i make sense and thanks in advance.

If you are doing a full backup (so you get all the episodes) you are fine -- just make sure you haven't selected "Quicker Encode for Extras" from the MODE menu.

also, if you're using bitrate redistribution (under mode), make sure to apply redistribution to all VTSs.
