I own the complete series of Stargate SG-1, and I noticed that during seasons 1-3, they used 16mm film which creates a lot of grain. I don't know whether it was 16mm, super 16mm, or some other kind, but there is a lot of grain during the first 3 seasons.
Anyways, I was wondering if there was a way to remove some of the grain, but keep some of the DVD quality? I understand there's no such as thing as no grain without some loss in quality.
