Merge 2 DVD's

I want to merge the 2 discs of the Fellowship of the Ring Extended set into one 'disc' (though I won't burn it, it's 10 gigs and will be used for my streamer)

How do I merge these 2, so that it's continuous playback and that the chapters from Disc 2 are added onto Disc 1?

Try a search on this forum ;) this was done long time ago (when people were able to buy DL burners and disks). The commercial software DVDremake, the freeware is here -> :search:
