Where to find old / rare VHS films?

I'm on a mission to finding an animated film from 1982 entitled "Heidi's Song."

It was never released to dvd, but vhs copies were at rental stores back in the 80s. I've checked Amazon, eBay, and lots of Googling and come up short.

Anyone here have some thoughts for finding a rare / out of print film like this?

There are a couple of stores in my city that have old, rare VHS movies. Don't think that helps you though.

Actually second-hand CD/DVD/VHS shops aren't that rare. If you have one in your area, I'd start there. You might also find old VHS or cassettes tape at a flea market.

And there still are eBay and Co...

Go online. If you're not looking for just any old VHS, the collector's market can best be found online. Websites such as MoviesUnlimited.com offer VHS movies that are unlikely to ever see the light of day on DVD. Many of these films cost upward of $50, so get ready for some sticker-shock if you are determined to own that rare film that can only be found on VHS.

They have over 20.000 movies. Maybe is the largest source for finding rare movies.
