I've looked this up on countless forums and even youtube videos and absolutely nothing worked. I have also tryed basically everything to make this work too. I have a Pink and Green Headset connecting to the audio port, not a USB Headset.
So I want to record something from an emulator and I want the sound from the emulator and my voice to get recorded. I also want to be able to do this while streaming to Justin.tv with Flash Media Encoder.
When I click my sound icon in the toolbar, I see this:
Master Volume - Wave - SW Synth - CD Player - PC Beep
When I go to options > properties I see a dropdown with:
Realtek HD audio input
Under that, where it says "adjust volume for", Recording is selected but the other 2 (Playback and Other) is grayed out.
And under that, Mic volume and Stereo mix is checked and there is nothing else to be selected in that section.
The next dropdown under options > properties is:
Realtek HD audio output
Under that, where it says "adjust volume for", Playback is selected and the last 2 (Recording and Other) is grayed.
Under that, Master volume, Wave, SW Synth, CD Player and PC Beep are all checked and there is nothing left to be selected in that area.
And that is basically it. Please help, this is driving me nuts =(
I'm on XP service pack 3 btw.
