3d h264 1080i from hdtv 3d

I have a very hard question!
I have a 3d movie from sat (1080i/h264)..
So I can watch using 3d glasses and stereoscopic player (+ codec installed)
Stereoscopic make a real time conversion of 3d movie...
So, now I want encode 1080i sat movie to anygralif , 16/9 and deinterlace to 1080p..output is side by side left image first...so after I can upload to youtube
how can I do this at maximum quality?

Youtube does have its own realtime-converter. They accept side-by-side as input, which makes things alot easier. There is no need to do a hard conversation to anaglyph.
