After using the MCTemporalDenoise I added the NeatVideo 2.22, remaining light. Luminace channel to -75

With NeatVideo, albeit slight, the faces seem of wax

then I added the AddGrainC (4,2)

but after compression the grain seems more dirt (which is own that I do not want have)

BitRate: 3 750 Kbps

there is a way to maintain grain compressing with MeGUI?

also...

you think have sense that I do? :D

why not using AddGrain(or better GrainF3) at playback in ffdshow? encoding grain is begging for troubles...maybe you can try to stabilize it, even though I suspect having seen this plugin poorly used in the past: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=130611

I would like in the video was already present the grain, not to be added in postprocessing

GrainOptimizer 2.02 gives me error

LoadPlugin("C:\Users\Propietario\Documents\Edit Video\Filtri\GrainOptimizer\GrainOpt.dll")

###

AviSource("C:\Users\Propietario\Documents\Edit Video\BlindDeHalo3 - MOD20.avi").ConvertToYV12()
GrainOptimizer(blocksize=4,strength=25,tdist=10,chroma=true)

I installed this (LINK (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=BA9257CA-337F-4B40-8C14-157CFDFFEE4E&displaylang=it)) but it gives me error however

Can you recommend a codec which keeps the grain as good as the x264...

Not really... h.264 is about as good as it gets for lossy video at the moment... maybe try VC-1?. If you really want to keep grain make sure you disable/reduce the codecs internal deblocking.
