What's a good profile (megui) for encoding nba games?

Let's say I've recorded a NBA game in HD (progressive), which one of the profile will work but would not take more than 16 hours to encode.

Use the "Unstricted 1-pass Const Quality" presets; start with "Extra Q" and start an encode. After 2-3 minutes, check the estimated complete time. Repeat with progressively faster presets (HQ, Balanced, Fast) until you find one that'll work, then let that go for the entire encode. If nothing's fast enough, maybe you have a filter active that's slowing it down too much (some deinterlacers are very, very slow).
