how to get this ar without use gknot or what has gknot used to calculate that ar?

Also notice you have an aspect error of 2.9%. That may be enough to see round things (like the moon) as slight ovals. I'd suggest you change the resolution to achieve one with lower AR error. In the Options Tab, is ITU resizing checked as it should be, I believe?

Add:

Crop(2,78,-6,-82)
LanczosResize(528,224)

to any script. It should already show that in the GKnot generated script.
