Hard burn subtitles into AVI with virtualDubMOD?

How can i hardburn onto the video the subtitles thats in SRT format thru virtualdubmod?

to .srt with "TextSub filter" ..

or convert the .srt subtitles to .ssa and then use VirtualDub or VirtualDubMod with the "subtitlerfilter".
