Timeout waiting for graph to start

i am using megui to create avisynth script but i am getting following error

DirectShowSource : Timeout waiting for graph to start

i am using this on an mkv file with x264 video codec of size 4.3GB

can any 1 tell me why i am getting such error and how to solve it

still it cant index it ... waited for 5 min. then stopped the process

my file is in mkv container with AC3 audio and AVC codec .... file size 4.37GB .... after updating to v 0.3.4.17 i tried to index it but after waiting for 5 min nothing happened and the process didnt started at all .... it was stuck so i closed it
