Dear All,
Anyone knows how Bluray chapter selection/navigation can be enabled in MPC-HC?
(maybe with using some filters?)
Many thanks

What file types? m2ts or MKV's? I don't think m2ts supports chapters, mkv's do if you include the chapter file in the container.

m2ts
and it supports chapters otherwise you would not be able to change chapters in a Bluray movie

I believe you'll find that the terms "M2TS" and "BluRay" are not interchangeable.
Although BluRay "packages" include .M2TS files, the requisite chapter information (among other things) is found in the "Playlists" (.MPLS files) folder that is a separate part of the BluRay "package". On the other hand, I believe you'll find that simply playing a standalone .M2TS file will not provide selectable chapter information...

Hello,
You are right
Nevertheless if I play the .mpls file in the Playlist folder of a Bluray disc MPC-HC still can't navigate chapters :(

MPC-HC already gathers the track language information from the mpls files when playing a standalone m2ts, so it should be able to list the chapters from that same mpls

The above screenshot is about an MPLS file from the Playlist folder of a Bluray structure and not about a standalone M2TS file
Is there a way in MPC HC to handle the chapters?

If the MPLS contains the chapter information, in theory it would be able to handle it, of course. Its most likely not implemented.

If I play the above very same file with another software (PowerDVD), chapters are handled perfectly
