HD DVD to Blu-ray with Menu?

Does anyone know if there's a way to convert HD DVD to Blu-ray keeping the Menu? Clown BD does it without menu. I normally prefer "Movie-Only" mode but this is a concert that I'd like to have the menu if at all possible.

To my understanding (and disappointment), this cannot be done. But you can make your own custom menus etc for your reauthored BD using Deank's MultiAVCHD (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=143744&highlight=multiavchd).

Sadly, there is no way (yet) to transfer SD-DVD or HD-DVD menus to Blu-ray/AVCHD and I doubt that there will ever be.

The least you can do is to use the original menu background (picture or video) and use it with multiAVCHD. It is of course possible to imitate some of the menu options, but I doubt it is worth the time.
