Source is an Xbox 360 via HDMI. Recording with Media Express. All drivers/software is up to date.
Here are my Media Express settings:

Specs on my computer:
Intel Core i7 920, 3.8 GHz
12 GB DDR3 1600 RAM
NVidia GTX 295
4x Seagate 2 TB hard drives in RAID 0

Looks like you've got more than enough bandwidth on your I/O! Nice write speeds (!)

What kind of audio sync issues are you experiencing?

It lags behind my video. Something will happen on screen and i won't hear it for another few seconds.

Is the sync a constant offset, or does it get progressively worse as time goes on?

I'm not familiar with HDMI capture, but I do know a thing or two about component capture. Do others successfully capture Xbox360 output from HDMI?

Progressively worse usually means the frame rate is off - sometimes caused by dropped frames :( Have you tried capturing with "stop capture if dropped frams..." enabled?

Also, can you post a sample of a video that's out of sync?

Finally, have you contacted Blackmagic support?
