Audio options in bd rebuilder.

I have read that many posts concerning audio options feels like my head is going to explode. All I need to know if possible is what audio options to keep. I only ever do bd25 full backups. I don't have my player hooked up to any audio system so I don't need the audio to be fantastic, just very good. I am willing to sacrifice the audio for a better quality picture. In the audio options of bd rebuilder do I need to tick or un tick anything for the audio to be very good and to give more space to a better quality picture.
